Wintari review (2026)
Reviewed by Robert Sciberras · Updated · Offer terms checked 22 Oct 2026
Wintari is a 2025 casino and sportsbook with about 4,500 games. Its help centre describes a single 200% first-deposit bonus, which casinos.com puts at up to C$1,500. It is a play-to-release bonus: you bet 30 times the bonus with your own money, on slots only, within three days. The daily cashback excludes Canada, and each withdrawal costs €3.

Pros and cons
What we like
- Casino, live dealer tables and a sportsbook on one account
- Welcome wagering of 30x, counted on the bonus only
- Wide choice for Canada, including Interac, Flexepin, MiFinity and 11 cryptocurrencies (casinos.com)
- Published withdrawal caps of €5,000 a day and €40,000 a month
- An open help centre with clear guides on bonuses, withdrawals and ID checks
Watch out for
- Only three days to finish wagering, and the bonus stays locked until you do
- The 10% daily cashback isn't available to players in Canada
- A €3 fee on every withdrawal and a C$75 minimum
Signing up and ID checks
Your first withdrawal triggers ID and address checks. A pop-up in the cashier asks you to upload documents through SumSub, Wintari's identity partner. If you don't finish within three days, the withdrawal is cancelled and the money goes back to your balance.
The help centre asks for a colour photo of a passport, driving licence or national ID card, front and back, with no scans. Proof of address must show your name and address, be dated within three months and show all four corners. Statements from digital-only banks such as Revolut or N26 aren't accepted. You may also need to prove you own your card or e-wallet, for example with a photo of the card showing only the first six and last four digits.
You must be 18 or older to open an account.
A 200% first-deposit bonus at 30x, locked until you finish wagering
Wintari's help centre describes the welcome as a 200% bonus on your first deposit, up to €1,000. Casinos.com's Canadian review puts the maximum at C$1,500, reached with a C$750 deposit, with a C$30 minimum. No code is needed, and we found no welcome spins.
This is a play-to-release bonus. It sits in a Reward Tracker and only turns into cash once you have bet 30 times the bonus amount with your own money. You have three days from activation. If you don't finish, the bonus is removed.
The wagering maths. Deposit C$300 and you get a C$600 bonus. You must then bet C$600 × 30 = C$18,000 on slots within three days, which is C$6,000 a day. For the full C$1,500 bonus the target is C$45,000. Because the bonus is locked, those bets come from your C$750 deposit and its winnings, not from the bonus.
Only slots count, and some slots are excluded. Live casino, table games, poker, virtual sports, crash games and quick-play games count nothing. Gambling.com's Irish review notes a €10,000 cap on winnings from the bonus. We didn't find a published maximum bet. Sports bettors can take a 100% bet bonus up to C$300 instead, per casinos.com.
You can cancel the bonus by asking support through the Messenger, but once it is cancelled it can't be turned back on.
Many reviews highlight Wintari's 10% daily cashback with no wagering. Its help centre says players from Canada aren't eligible for it.
About 4,500 games, plus a sportsbook on the same account
Review sites count about 4,500 games. Slots are the biggest section, sorted into new releases, bonus buys and Drops and Wins titles. Studios named in reviews include Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, Play'n GO, BGaming, Betsoft, Endorphina, Quickspin and Relax Gaming.
The live casino has more than 100 tables. Gambling.com's Irish review names Evolution, while casinos.com's Canadian review says the live section is smaller and mainly runs on Winfinity and Vivo Gaming. There is no separate jackpot section.
Pragmatic Play's Drops and Wins network runs here, along with leaderboards such as one for Play'n GO's Reign of the Dead, according to thespike.gg. Reviews say tournament prizes carry no wagering. There is no VIP or loyalty programme.
Each game's return to player is set by its studio and shown in the game's rules, the help centre says. Wintari also has a sportsbook on the same account, and its help centre covers cash-out and Asian handicap bets.
Payouts in 1 to 3 business days, with a €3 fee per withdrawal
Casinos.com lists Interac, Visa, Mastercard, MiFinity, bank transfer, Sofort, Jeton, Paysafecard, Flexepin and 11 cryptocurrencies for Canada, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana and Litecoin. iDebit isn't listed. The help centre says most deposits arrive within minutes.
Casinos.com gives a C$30 minimum deposit and a C$75 minimum withdrawal. The help centre sets the withdrawal threshold at €50 and charges a €3 fee for each withdrawal request, refunded if the payment fails.
By the casino's stated times, withdrawals are processed in one to three business days and then take up to five more business days to reach you. Weekends and bank holidays add time.
The help centre caps withdrawals at €5,000 a day, €10,000 a week and €40,000 a month, and pays larger sums in instalments. Casinos.com gives C$15,000 a week and C$60,000 a month for Canada.
What slows a payout: verification that isn't done within three days, which cancels the withdrawal; checks on your payment method; hitting a daily or weekly cap; and extra reviews after large wins. Casinos.com also says deposits must be wagered once before you can withdraw.
No app, and support runs through a messenger rather than live chat
There is no App Store or Google Play app. Wintari runs in a mobile browser.
Support works through a Messenger window at the bottom right of the site, and by email. The help centre says this isn't live chat: you can write at any time, and the team replies as soon as it can. Reviews describe support as 24/7. Casinos.com says chat is only for registered players. The help centre itself is open to everyone, with about 30 articles in English, French, German, Italian, Norwegian and Polish.
Deposit limits on request, plus cool-off and self-exclusion
Wintari offers daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits, with preset amounts from €50 to €2,500, or the same in your currency. You can't set them yourself. You message support with the period and amount, and the team applies it. The limits run on rolling 24-hour, 7-day and 30-day windows.
Casinos.com reports cool-off and self-exclusion options in the account settings. Gambling.com's Irish review says loss and wagering limits exist too, but also go through support. The help centre suggests parental tools such as Netnanny, CyberPatrol and Contentwatch to block access at home.
Accounts can't be deleted, but you can ask support to close yours for a long period or for good. An account closed for responsible gambling reasons can't be reopened for at least six months.
If you rely on limits, ask for them before your first deposit, as a support request can take time.
Who this casino isn’t for
- Players who want to set deposit limits themselves in the account
- Casual players who can't play through a bonus within three days
- Canadian players joining for the daily cashback
