Editorial policy
How we research pages, how AI tools help draft them, how people check them, what last checked means and how we correct mistakes.
Our pages are researched from primary sources, drafted with the help of AI tools and checked by people before they go live. Each page shows who reviewed it and when its facts were last checked. Scores come from our published method, not from commercial deals. When we get something wrong, we fix it and add a dated correction note.
How a page is researched
We start from primary sources: regulators' registers, legislation, casinos' own terms and cashier pages, and payment providers' and helplines' own sites. Other review sites are never a source of facts. Every figure on a page links back to a source and the date we checked it.
How we use AI
AI tools help us research, draft and check pages. They don't publish anything. A named person reviews every page against its sources before release and signs off its facts. Each page carries a line saying AI helped and naming the person who reviewed it. We never give an AI a byline, invent a reviewer or use an AI-generated photo of a person.
What "last checked" means
"Last checked" is the date we last checked a page's facts against their sources. It moves only after a real recheck, not when we change wording or layout.
Claims we don't make
- We don't describe a casino's payouts as instant or fastest unless our own dated tests show it.
- We call an offer "free" only when you risk none of your own money. Otherwise it's a deposit bonus or bonus spins.
- We don't call an offshore casino legal or locally licensed. We describe the licence it holds.
- We don't publish player ratings, stars or win rates, and we never suggest winning is likely.
- Legal guides are general information, not legal advice.
Independence
We earn commission from some casinos, and our How we make money page explains how. The score sheet sets every score and the order of every list, and nobody working on a deal can change either.
Corrections
Report a mistake to hello@casinoreach.io. We check the claim against the saved source, or test it again. If we got it wrong, we fix the page, add a dated correction note saying what changed, and record it in the page's change log. If a correction changes a score, we log the old score, the new one and the reason.
