TonyBet review (2026)

TonyBet asks for documents the first time you request a withdrawal, according to its FAQ. You then have seven calendar days to send them, or the withdrawal is cancelled and the money goes back to your balance. Its terms list a passport or ID card, proof of address and proof that the payment method is yours. TonyBet can also ask for a photo of you holding your ID, a video or liveness check, bank statements, or certified copies.

Gambling.com's Canadian review says checks take up to five days. Casino.org's Irish review says bank statements need the account number visible. Verify early so your first withdrawal isn't held up.

In Canada you must be 18 or 19, depending on your province, and the Canadian welcome offer is for players over 19. In Ireland the minimum age is 18.

TonyBet runs a different welcome offer in each market. We read both on TonyBet's own pages: the Irish offer on its Irish promotion page, and the Canadian offer on its French-language page, which carries the same C$2,500 offer that casino.org lists for Canada. • Canada: three deposits of at least C$20 each. The first gets 100% up to C$1,000, 100 spins on Mummy's Jewels and one bonus game. The wagering maths. TonyBet's bonus terms say a welcome bonus must be wagered 30 times, and that your qualifying deposit is played through first. Deposit 100 and get a 100 bonus: you bet the 100 deposit, then 3,000 more, within 14 days. At the maximum bet of C$10 or €10 that is at least 300 spins, and many more at normal stakes. Spin and bonus-game winnings also carry 30x. Spins are worth C$0.20 in Canada and €0.15 to €0.20 in Ireland, and they expire after 10 days.

Only slots count towards wagering. Table games, crash games and live dealer games count 0%, and TonyBet blocks some slots while a bonus is active. You can take your deposit out before you finish, but you lose the bonus and anything won with it. TonyBet can also cancel spins if you haven't wagered the deposit that earned them at least three times. We found no cap on welcome-bonus winnings: TonyBet's terms cap other bonuses at C$15,000 or €10,000 but leave the welcome bonus out.

Review sites count between 7,000 and 8,000 casino games at TonyBet. Gambling.com's Canadian review gives 8,000+ games and 900+ live dealer tables. Casino.org's Canadian review counts more than 7,000 games, including about 5,800 slots, from over 100 studios. Casino.org's Irish review also gives 8,000+, but only 300+ live games, so the live lobby may differ by country.

Studios named in those reviews include Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Play'n GO, Hacksaw Gaming, Yggdrasil, Quickspin, ELK Studios, Betsoft, Push Gaming and Games Global. Gambling.com found only a small set of progressive jackpots, including Mega Moolah and WowPot titles.

TonyBet started in 2003 as OmniBet, a sportsbook, and took the TonyBet name in 2009. The sportsbook sits on the same account, with cash out and a bet builder. Casino promotions include Monday spins, Drops & Wins prize drops and slot tournaments, and the VIP club starts with your first deposit.

TonyBet doesn't publish a payment page outside its cashier, so the methods below come from casino.org. TonyBet's FAQ says it aims to process e-wallet withdrawals within 12 hours. Crypto usually takes less than 24 hours, and cards can take up to 7 business days. Its terms set 5 working days as the longest it takes to process a withdrawal, unless extra checks are needed.

The terms cap withdrawals at C$4,000 a day, C$20,000 a week and C$60,000 a month in Canada, and €3,000, €15,000 and €50,000 in Ireland. TonyBet charges no fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or payment provider might. Withdrawals go back to the method you last deposited with where possible, and only to an account in your name.

What slows a payout: ID checks on your first withdrawal, an active bonus that locks your deposit until wagering is done, and the daily caps on a big win. An account left without a login for 12 to 24 months, depending on where you live (13 months in Ireland), becomes dormant, and TonyBet then charges C$7 or €5 a month from the balance.

The Canadian and Irish App Stores both list a TonyBet app for sports betting and casino. In the Canadian store, pick the app simply called Tonybet, not the Ontario or Alberta versions. Reviews disagree on Android: gambling.com's Canadian reviewer downloaded the app from Google Play, while casino.org's Canadian review says there's no native app. The mobile site works in any browser.

TonyBet offers live chat around the clock and email at info@tonybet.com. Its contact page also has a form, with a reply promised within 24 hours. Gambling.com's tester reached a person on live chat within a minute.

You can set deposit and loss limits for a day, a week or a month in your account. Lowering a limit works at once, while raising or removing one takes 48 hours and has to be confirmed by email. You can also switch off bonuses in your account settings.

For a short break, ask support for a time-out of 24 hours, 1 week, 1 month, 6 weeks or 3 months. Self-exclusion runs for 6 months, 1, 2 or 3 years, and can't be lifted early. You can still withdraw your balance during a time-out or exclusion by contacting support.
