Full bonus breakdown

Lucky Ones is a casino and sportsbook. Its headline package reaches C$20,000 plus 500 bonus spins, but the last step needs a C$40,000 deposit and each bonus has a C$5,000 cash-out cap. The 150% first-deposit match from C$20 is the useful part. Wagering is 40x the bonus in 7 days, Interac is available and no payout time is published.

Pros and cons

What we like

  • 150% match on the first deposit, from a 20 minimum, wagered on the bonus only
  • Low 20 minimum deposit in CAD and NZD on most methods
  • Evolution and Pragmatic Play live tables alongside a sportsbook covering 30+ sports
  • Ten cryptocurrencies plus Interac for Canadian players

Watch out for

  • The 20,000 headline needs 53,000 in deposits, and each bonus caps cash-outs at 5,000
  • Only 7 days to finish 40x wagering on each bonus
  • Every deposit must be wagered 3x before withdrawal, or the casino can refuse it or charge a fee
  • No published withdrawal time, and limits or self-exclusion need a live chat request

Signing up and ID checks

Registration takes your personal details, and you must be over 18. The terms allow Lucky Ones to request verification at any time and to check your account before paying a withdrawal (clauses 7.1 and 9.2). The documents aren't listed in the terms, which let the casino ask for additional or alternative documents (7.3). Independent reviews describe the usual set: photo ID, proof of address and proof of your payment method. You upload them on the Documents page in your profile.

Only one account per person is allowed (6.6), and deposits must come from payment methods registered in your name (8.5). An account that doesn't respond to verification can be treated as unverifiable, which can mean suspension, voided winnings and withheld funds (7.5).

A 20,000 package where the last step needs a 40,000 deposit

Lucky Ones advertises up to 20,000 plus 500 bonus spins over four deposits. The bonus terms treat CAD and NZD one-to-one with the euro, so the numbers are the same in both currencies.

  • 1st deposit: 150% up to 3,000 plus 200 spins, no code
  • 2nd deposit: 100% up to 3,000 plus 100 spins, code LUCK2
  • 3rd deposit: 50% up to 4,000 plus 100 spins, code LUCK3
  • 4th deposit: 25% up to 10,000 plus 100 spins, code LUCK4

Every step needs at least 20. Each bonus must be wagered 40 times the bonus amount within 7 days, and spin winnings carry the same 40x. The first 200 spins arrive in sets of 40 a day over five days, and you have to wager your deposit once to unlock them. Wins from welcome spins are capped at 300. While a bonus is active the maximum bet is 8 in CAD or NZD.

Worked example: deposit 100 and the 150% match adds 150. Forty times 150 is 6,000 in bets, all within 7 days. At 1 a spin that is about 860 spins a day. Your own 100 is played first. To reach the full 20,000 you would deposit 53,000 (2,000, 3,000, 8,000 and 40,000) and face 800,000 in wagering.

The cap matters more than the headline. Winnings from any deposit bonus are capped at 5,000 on cash-out, so the 10,000 fourth-deposit bonus can never pay out its full face value. Slots count 100% toward wagering, roulette 25%, blackjack and game shows 10%, and baccarat 0%. Read the bonus terms.

Only one bonus can run at a time, and you can cancel a bonus without losing your own money. Withdrawing your deposit before the wagering is done voids the bonus and its winnings. If you would rather skip the package, there is a separate VIP first-deposit offer for deposits of 500 or more.

14,000+ games, Evolution live tables and a sportsbook

Lucky Ones says it has more than 14,000 games. Review sites count anywhere from 10,000 to 20,500, so the library is large whichever figure you take. Casino.org names Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, NetEnt and Hacksaw among the slot studios. The games that qualify for the welcome spins are shown when you activate them.

The live casino includes Evolution tables such as The Lucky Club Blackjack, Pragmatic Play Live games like Mega Roulette and Mega Wheel, and Religa's Rooftop Roulette. A sportsbook with more than 30 sports shares the same account, with singles, accumulators, system bets and in-play betting. Bonus money from the casino package works on casino and live casino games only.

Some slots are blocked while a bonus is active. The casino publishes that list, and playing a blocked game can void the bonus.

A low 20 minimum deposit, but no stated payout time

The payments page sets the minimum deposit at 20 in CAD and NZD (30 in AUD). Methods include Visa and Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, Jeton, MuchBetter, Paysafe vouchers, Neosurf, bank transfer and ten cryptocurrencies. Canadian players can also use Interac, with deposits from 30 to 4,000. POLi isn't listed.

The site publishes no withdrawal methods table and no processing time. The FAQ puts the usual minimum withdrawal at €20 or the equivalent. Casino.org's New Zealand review lists a NZ$30 minimum by MiFinity and NZ$300 by Inpay bank transfer, and says cards and vouchers are deposit-only. The terms cap withdrawals at 6,000 a day and 12,000 a week in CAD or NZD, with monthly caps of C$42,000 and NZ$48,000.

What can slow a payout:

  • Withdrawals can be held until ID checks and security reviews are done.
  • Each deposit must be wagered three times first, or the casino can refuse the withdrawal or charge a fee.
  • Bank transfers can face extra delays from intermediary banks.

Daily profit above USD 50,000 can be voided under the terms.

No app, but a mobile site and live chat around the clock

Lucky Ones has no iOS or Android app. The FAQ says games launch from the home page in your phone's browser, and games can resume after a dropped connection, except multiplayer ones. Support runs through live chat and email, which the casino describes as available 24/7. Casino.org notes that you need to be logged in to reach a human agent, and no phone line is listed.

The FAQ also explains deposits, withdrawal fees and document uploads. Lucky Ones covers the cost of receiving deposits, but your payment provider may charge its own fee, and any fee the provider charges on a withdrawal is yours to pay.

Basic safer gambling tools that need a chat request

The responsible gaming page offers playing limits, deposit limits and self-exclusion from the casino. None of them can be set in your account. You ask support through live chat, and a friend or family member can contact support for you. The page doesn't describe loss limits, time-outs, reality checks or how long an exclusion lasts. Gambling.com lists the lack of self-service tools as a weakness.

The page links to Gamblers Anonymous, GamCare, Gambling Therapy and Gordon House. If you feel you are chasing losses, contact a helpline in your own country.

Who this casino isn’t for

  • Casual players who want a bonus they can finish in their own time
  • Anyone who expects to unlock the full 20,000 package

Questions about Lucky Ones

How long do Lucky Ones withdrawals take?

Lucky Ones doesn't publish a withdrawal processing time. Its terms say payouts can be held for ID checks and security reviews, and bank transfers can take longer. Withdrawals are capped at 6,000 a day and 12,000 a week in CAD or NZD. Uploading your ID early and wagering each deposit three times before cashing out avoids the most common delays.

What is the Lucky Ones minimum deposit?

The payments page lists a minimum deposit of C$20 or NZ$20, and €20 in euros. Interac deposits in Canada start at 30. Crypto minimums depend on the coin, for example 0.0001 BTC or 5 USDT. Each of the four welcome steps also needs at least 20 to qualify.

Does Lucky Ones have a bonus code?

No code is needed for the first deposit bonus of 150% up to 3,000 plus 200 spins. The second, third and fourth deposit bonuses use the codes LUCK2, LUCK3 and LUCK4, shown on the casino's promotions page. Every step carries 40x wagering on the bonus, a 7-day limit and a maximum bet of 8 in CAD or NZD.

Does Lucky Ones have an app?

No. There is no Lucky Ones app on iOS or Android. You play through your phone's browser, which gives access to slots, live tables and the sportsbook from one account. The FAQ says games pick up where they left off after a dropped connection, except multiplayer games.
