Reviewed by Robert Sciberras · Updated · Offer terms checked 22 Oct 2026
WinSpirit is a casino and sportsbook that has run since 2022. Canadian players get CAD accounts, Interac among the deposit options and a two-deposit welcome package with 40x wagering on the bonus. The casino's own pages show different package sizes, so read the offer in the cashier before you deposit. The casino's stated time is up to 24 hours to approve a payout, then 3 to 5 business days to arrive.

Signing up and ID checks
Sign-up asks for an email, a password, your country and an account currency. One tick box confirms you are 18 or over and accept the terms and privacy policy. ID checks are done once, from Profile, under Verification. The casino says checks take 2 to 24 hours. Independent reviews list government photo ID, proof of address and proof you own the payment method, and say a selfie or video check can be requested.
A withdrawal can be held if your account checks are not finished, a bonus is still being wagered, you are cashing out to a new card or method, or you hold more than one account. You cannot withdraw while a bonus balance is active, and unused bonus spins are cancelled when you request a payout.
40x wagering on the bonus, spread over two deposits
WinSpirit's welcome package covers your first two deposits. The Canadian bonus page lists 100% up to C$300 plus 100 bonus spins on the first deposit, then 200% up to C$300 on the second. The homepage banner shows a larger C$2,000 figure, so check the offer in the cashier before you deposit. Independent reviews report the euro version as 100% up to €200 plus 100 bonus spins, then 200% up to €200.
Wagering is 40x the bonus amount. Your deposit is not part of the target. The FAQ says the first deposit must be at least C$30 and the second at least C$60, and you pick the bonus in the cashier before paying. Only games in the Bonus Wagering section count, and only C$7.50 of each bet counts towards the target. For the euro offer, LCB reports a €5 max bet, seven days to finish and a €2,000 cap on what the bonus can pay out.
Worked example. Deposit 100 and take the 100% first-deposit match. You get 100 in bonus funds. 40 x 100 = 4,000 in bets before the bonus can be withdrawn. At 1 per spin, that is 4,000 spins. On the second deposit, 100 at 200% adds 200 in bonus funds, which needs 8,000 in bets. Slots pay back less than they take over time, so most players lose part of the balance before they reach the target.
The 100 bonus spins arrive in daily batches, according to independent reviews. Use them on the day they arrive, as the casino says unused spins expire.
After the welcome package, the bonus page lists weekly cashback of up to 15% with 5x wagering and a payout cap of 25 times the cashback amount. There is also a Wednesday deposit offer of up to 50 bonus spins and a Sunday reload of up to 40%. The FAQ says cashback starts at the Amber VIP level.
5,000+ slots from more than 100 studios
The casino lobby lists more than 100 slot studios. Names include Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, Relax Gaming, Yggdrasil, Quickspin, BGaming, Playson, Endorphina, Betsoft and Spribe. LCB counts more than 5,500 slots. There is a jackpot category and a Drops & Wins section. LCB also lists crash-style games such as Aviator and Spaceman.
The live casino runs on Pragmatic Play Live, Vivo Gaming, LuckyStreak, BetGames, SA Gaming and smaller studios. AskGamblers also lists NetEnt, Play'n GO and Evolution, but those names did not appear in the provider list on the pages we read. A sportsbook and esports section sit on the same account, with their own welcome offer.
Approval within 24 hours, then 3 to 5 business days
The casino's stated time is up to 24 hours to check and approve a withdrawal. After that, it says the payment provider needs 3 to 5 business days. Independent reviews report e-wallet and crypto payouts as quicker than cards and bank transfers.
Deposit options on the Canadian site include Visa, Mastercard, Interac, MiFinity, Flexepin, Neosurf, CashToCode, MuchBetter, bank transfer and a long list of crypto. Independent reviews also list Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut, Skrill, Neteller and paysafecard. The methods you see depend on your country. POLi does not appear in any list we found.
The Canadian FAQ gives a minimum deposit of C$10 and a maximum of C$3,000. Independent reviews put the minimum withdrawal at 50 in your account currency, with limits of €2,000 per day and €25,000 per month. LCB's summary of the terms says each deposit must be wagered three times before you can withdraw. Payouts go back to a method you deposited with or have had checked.
What slows a payout: account checks not finished, an active bonus, a new card or method, more than one account, or a security review.
No store app, but a web app and 24/7 chat
WinSpirit has no app in the App Store or Google Play. It offers a web app (PWA) instead. You install it from your phone's browser and it adds an icon to your home screen. The casino says it works on any operating system, and on a Mac in Safari and Chrome.
Support runs 24/7 by live chat, with email as a second option. AskGamblers reports that chat opens with an automated assistant before a person joins, and that one bot answer about withdrawal limits was wrong. Use chat for quick questions and email for anything you may need in writing.
Deposit and loss limits, cool-off and self-exclusion
Limits sit in your account. You can set daily deposit and loss limits, and a daily limit resets every 24 hours. A decrease applies straight away. An increase or removal takes effect 24 hours after you confirm it.
AskGamblers also lists a cool-off period, self-exclusion and a self-assessment test. Self-exclusion starts with a 24-hour cooling-off step. Session time limits and reality checks are not offered. The FAQ links to Gambling Therapy and Gamblers Anonymous for outside support. Set a deposit limit before you take a welcome bonus, as 40x wagering can push you to deposit again.
Who this casino isn’t for
- Anyone who needs an App Store or Google Play app
- Players who want large wins paid out in one go, given the monthly withdrawal cap
