According to gambling.com, Ritzo usually asks for documents after your first withdrawal request. Expect to provide a passport or national ID, proof of address and proof of your payment method. Documents are due within 30 days, and checks usually take up to three business days.

We couldn't read Ritzo's own terms. Ritzo may follow the same rules, but we haven't confirmed that.

Ritzo's website blocks some locations, including ours, so we couldn't read its bonus terms directly. The figures below come from gambling.com's Canadian and Irish reviews. Check the casino's own bonus page before you deposit, because offers change.

In both markets the welcome covers your first five deposits, adds 300 spins in total and needs no code.

• Canada: a combined 225% match up to C$1,500, plus 300 spins. Minimum deposit C$20, maximum bet C$8, seven days per bonus. Spin winnings have no wagering but are capped at C$75. The most you can withdraw from the whole welcome is C$5,250.
• Ireland: 100% up to €200, then 50% up to €150, 50% up to €200, 40% up to €250 and 60% up to €200, for up to €1,000. Each step adds 40 to 70 spins if you deposit €50 or more. Minimum €20, maximum bet €5, seven days per bonus.

The wagering maths. Bonus cash must be wagered 45 times. Deposit 100, get a 100 bonus, and you need 4,500 in bets within seven days. At the C$8 cap that is at least 563 spins. At €5 it is 900. The Irish package caps winnings at five times the deposit on the first bonus and three times on the others, with €3,500 as the most you can win from the whole package. In Ireland the 45x also applies to spin winnings, while gambling.com's Canadian review says spin winnings there have no wagering.

Slots count 100%, non-live roulette 5% and other games 0%. Live dealer games, table games and jackpots are blocked while a bonus is active. If you withdraw before finishing the package, you lose the remaining welcome bonuses.

Gambling.com counts more than 16,000 games at Ritzo, including over 13,000 slots and 653 live games, from more than 135 studios. Ritzo's affiliate programme lists Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, BGaming, Push Gaming, Yggdrasil, Red Tiger, NetEnt, Big Time Gaming, Relax Gaming, Thunderkick and Quickspin, plus Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live for live tables.

Reviews disagree on some names. Gambling.com's Canadian review says Pragmatic Play and Evolution are missing, while its Irish review lists Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live in the live lobby. The lobby may differ by country.

Gambling.com's Irish review says blackjack is the main live game, with dozens of tables open around the clock, including Speed Blackjack and Prive Blackjack. Roulette options include Gravity Roulette and Auto Roulette, and game shows include Crash Live and Sweet Bonanza Candyland. Live providers named there are Pragmatic Play Live, Evolution, Atmosfera and Iconic21.

Progressive jackpots are there but have no section of their own. The Canadian review lists Mega Moolah titles, and the Irish review says they aren't available. We found no sportsbook.

After the welcome, reviews describe weekly reload offers, a weekend bonus, slot tournaments and a loyalty programme with 101 levels that pays spins as you level up.

Ritzo's affiliate programme lists Interac, Neteller, Skrill, bank transfer and Neosurf. Gambling.com's Irish review names Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, Revolut and crypto. LCB.org adds MiFinity, AstroPay and coins such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and Tether.

Gambling.com puts the minimum deposit at C$20 to C$30 depending on the method, and €20 in Ireland. The minimum withdrawal is C$30, or C$80 by crypto. LCB.org gives €10, or €50 by crypto.

Reviewers report crypto withdrawals within up to 35 hours and other methods in one to three working days. These are not the casino's own published times, which we couldn't read.

LCB.org reports withdrawal caps of €1,000 per transaction, €1,000 a day and €20,000 a month, with up to three requests open at once. It also says the casino can charge a fee if you withdraw without enough play on your deposit. The reviews we read don't give caps in Canadian dollars.

The usual slowdowns apply: identity checks on your first withdrawal, and daily caps that spread a large win over several days.

Ritzo has no App Store or Google Play app, according to gambling.com. You play in a mobile browser, which the reviewer found easy to use.

Live chat is open 24/7, according to gambling.com. Its tester met a bot first and reached a person within about two minutes after asking for one. Email goes to support@ritzo.com and suits questions that aren't urgent. There is also an FAQ section. No phone line is mentioned in the reviews we read.

Gambling.com's Canadian review lists two tools: a reality check that tracks how long you've played, and self-exclusion. The reviewer wanted wagering and loss limits, which weren't offered. The reviews we read don't mention deposit limits.
