Lucky Dreams is a casino and sportsbook. New Zealand players can deposit and withdraw by card, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, MuchBetter or crypto, but not POLi. Pros and cons
What we like
- Published withdrawal table covering cards, e-wallets, Interac, bank transfer and crypto
- Welcome package wagered on the bonus amount only, not deposit plus bonus
- Live casino with Evolution game shows and Pragmatic Play Live tables
- Weekly deposit offers on top of the welcome package, including a weekend reload
Watch out for
- The fifth bonus can reach 6,000, but bonus cash-outs are capped at 5,000
- Only 7 days to complete 40x wagering on each bonus
- Every deposit must be wagered 3x before withdrawal, or the casino can refuse it or charge a fee
- No published withdrawal time, and limits or self-exclusion need a live chat request
Signing up and ID checks
To open an account you give your personal details and confirm you are over 18. Lucky Dreams can ask you to complete verification at any point, and its terms say an account may be checked against its verification and anti-fraud policy before a withdrawal is paid (clauses 7.1 and 9.2). The terms don't list specific documents. They let the casino ask for additional or alternative documents (7.3). You upload files on the Documents page in your profile and can follow their status there.
You can only have one account (6.6), and every deposit method must be in your own name (8.5). If you refuse or ignore a verification request, the account can be treated as unverifiable, which can lead to suspension, voided winnings and withheld funds (7.5).
40x wagering on a five-step 10,000 package
Lucky Dreams spreads up to 10,000 plus 500 bonus spins across your first five deposits. The bonus terms convert CAD and NZD one-to-one with the euro, so the figures are identical in both currencies.
- 1st deposit: 100% up to 500 plus 100 spins, no code
- 2nd deposit: 100% up to 500 plus 50 spins, code LUCKY2
- 3rd deposit: 50% up to 1,000 plus 50 spins, code LUCKY3
- 4th deposit: 25% up to 2,000 plus 100 spins, code LUCKY4
- 5th deposit: 20% up to 6,000 plus 200 spins, code LUCKY5
Each bonus has to be wagered 40 times the bonus amount within 7 days. Spin winnings carry 40x too, and wins from welcome spins are capped at 300. You need to wager your deposit once before each daily batch of spins is released. The maximum bet with a bonus active is 8 in CAD or NZD.
Worked example: deposit 200 on the first step and receive a 200 bonus. Forty times 200 is 8,000 in bets inside 7 days, or roughly 1,150 spins a day at 1 a spin. Your own 200 is used first. To collect the whole 10,000 you would deposit 41,000 (500, 500, 2,000, 8,000 and 30,000) and wager 400,000.
Winnings from a deposit bonus are capped at 5,000 on cash-out. That means the fifth bonus, which can reach 6,000, is capped below its own size. Slots count 100% toward wagering, roulette 25%, blackjack and game shows 10%, and baccarat 0%. Read the bonus terms.
Only one bonus can be active at a time. You can cancel one without losing your own money, but withdrawing before wagering is complete voids the bonus and its winnings.
14,000+ games with Evolution and Pragmatic live tables
Lucky Dreams says it offers more than 14,000 games, a figure Gambling.com repeats. The studio list runs to hundreds of names, from large suppliers such as Pragmatic Play to smaller ones like Amatic and Amusnet. Welcome spins are played on Pragmatic Play slots, or on BGaming slots where Pragmatic isn't available.
The live lobby carries Evolution titles such as Crazy Time, MONOPOLY Roulette and Infinite Blackjack, Pragmatic Play Live tables including branded Lucky Dreams blackjack and roulette, and smaller studios like Religa, ICONIC21 and Creedroomz. A sportsbook with more than 30 sports sits on the same account. Casino bonus money can't be used on sports bets.
Outside the welcome package, the promotions page lists a Monday spins offer, a Wednesday prize game and a weekend reload, each with a 30 minimum deposit where one applies.
Interac both ways, with card and crypto withdrawals
The payments page sets the minimum deposit at 30 in CAD or NZD. Deposit methods include Visa and Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, Jeton, MuchBetter, paysafecard, Neosurf, CashToCode, bank transfer and eleven cryptocurrencies. Canadian players can also use Interac, from 30 to 4,000. POLi isn't offered.
Lucky Dreams publishes a withdrawal table. It lists cards, Skrill, Neteller and MuchBetter from 20 to 4,000, MiFinity from 20 to 2,500, Interac from 30 to 4,000, and bank transfer through Inpay or Fixipay from 200. Crypto withdrawals have their own limits per coin. The table gives no processing times, and the site doesn't state one anywhere else.
The terms cap withdrawals at 6,000 a day and 12,000 a week in CAD or NZD, with C$42,000 or NZ$48,000 a month. Payouts can be held for ID checks and reviews. Each deposit must be wagered three times before money tied to it can be withdrawn, or the casino may refuse the request or charge a fee. Bank transfers can be slowed by intermediary banks, and daily profit above USD 50,000 can be voided.
Mobile browser play and 24/7 chat support
There's no Lucky Dreams app. The FAQ says you play through the website on your phone, and the games are built for mobile screens. Support is through live chat and email, and the casino says the team is available 24/7. The site also links a Telegram channel for promotions. No phone number is listed.
The FAQ covers deposits, withdrawals and document uploads. Lucky Dreams pays the cost of receiving your deposits, but any fee your payment provider charges on a withdrawal is yours to cover.
Deposit limits and self-exclusion only on request
The responsible gaming page offers playing limits, deposit limits and full self-exclusion. You can't set any of them in your account. You ask support over live chat, and a friend or relative can contact support on your behalf. Loss limits, time-outs and reality checks aren't mentioned, and no exclusion periods are given. Gambling.com lists the limited tools as a weakness.
The page links to Gamblers Anonymous, GamCare, Gambling Therapy and Gordon House. If gambling is affecting your money or mood, contact a helpline where you live.
Who this casino isn’t for
- Players who want a low-wagering or long-dated bonus
- Anyone who wants self-service limits in their account
